All infants up to 2 years old are free-of-charge.

VIP/Business Lounge (upon departure only) - by request

If the service is requested or modified less than 3 business days (local airport time) before the service a surcharge of 25% will apply.

Cancellation after confirmation till 96 hours - free of charge

If the service was cancelled till 96 hours before the service, no cancellation fee will apply.

Cancellation after confirmation 96 - 72 hours - 25%

If the service was cancelled between 96 and 72 hours before the service, a cancellation fee of 25% will apply.

Cancellation after confirmation 72 - 48 hours - 50%

If the service was cancelled from 72 to 48 hours before the service, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply.

Cancellation after confirmation less 48 hours or no-show - 100%

If the service was cancelled less than 48 hours before the service or it was no-show, a cancellation fee of 100% will apply.

25% surcharge Sundays, Public & Bank Holidays

For the services taking place on Sundays, public & bank holidays a surcharge of 25% will apply.
