For Departures:

Meeting the passengers curbside / at the terminal entrance;
Assistance with the luggage;
Expedited escorting through departure formalities;
Escorting to the lounge. For passengers flying Business or First Class, Lounge access is included in their ticket. For passengers flying Economy Class, Lounge access may be provided upon an extra charge (depending on the airport policy and availability);
Escorting from the lounge to the boarding gate.


For Arrivals:

Meeting the passengers with a name board at the end of the airbridge, at immigration or at the entrance of the terminal (depending on aircraft parking position), before passport control and customs;
Expedited escorting through passport control and customs;
If check-in for the departing flight is necessary, escorting to baggage claim and help with the luggage;
If check-in for the departing flight is necessary, escorting to the check-in for the departing flight and through the subsequent formalities;
Escorting to the lounge. For passengers flying Business or First Class, Lounge access is included in their ticket. For passengers flying Economy Class, Lounge access may be provided upon an extra charge (depending on the airport policy and availability);
Escorting from the lounge to the boarding gate.


For Transits:

Meeting the passengers with a name board at the end of the airbridge, at immigration or at the entrance of the terminal (depending on aircraft parking position), before passport control and customs;
Expedited escorting through passport control and customs;
Escorting to baggage claim hall;
Escorting to the arrival hall or to the passengers' driver.

All infants up to 2 years old are free-of-charge.

Special rate for children from 2 till 11 years old upon arrival or departure.
Please submit correct birth date at time of booking.
Unaccompanied child- full rate plus extra charge (please ask our staff about extra charges).

VIP / Business lounge access included in the rate for all passengers.

Please submit your request at least 5 business days before the date (local airport time) of the service.

If the service is requested or modified less than 7 business days (local airport time) before the service a 25% surcharge will apply.

If the service was cancelled till 96 hours before the service, no cancellation fee will apply.

If the service was cancelled between 96 and 72 hours before the service, a cancellation fee of 25% will apply.

If the service was cancelled less than 72 hours before the service or it was no-show, a cancellation fee of 100% will apply.

For Departures:

Meeting the guests curbside;
The luggage is taken by the porter and dropped off;
Escorting the guests to the VIP Lounge;
Departure formalities are handled privately at the VIP lounge;
Escorting the guests to the boarding;
Dedicated transportation from the VIP lounge to the aircraft is provided in case of remote parking position.



For Arrivals:

Meeting the guests at the aircraft;
Dedicated transportation to the VIP lounge or VIP Terminal is provided in case of remote parking position;
Airport formalities are handled privately at the VIP lounge;
Porter services are provided;
Dedicated transportation to the aircraft is provided in case of remote parking position.



For Transits:

Meeting the guests at the aircraft;
Dedicated transportation to the VIP lounge or VIP Terminal is provided in case of remote parking position;
Arrival formalities are handled privately at the VIP lounge;
Checked luggage will be transferred from the aircraft to the VIP lounge and ultimately to the passengers' car;
The service is completed once the guests have been accompanied to arrival hall or to their car.
