Transfer passengers by electric buggy (golf cart) from arrival gate to passport control or lounge, or vice versa.
One buggy is for 4 passengers only.

Our VIP assistant will help you through the refund process before your flight departs. All procedures will be arranged without queues or with the minimal queue.
Before you check in for your flight, a VIP assistant will escort you to the customs desk and present your completed tax free forms, passport, receipts and purchases to get a stamp on your form.
