Porter services - 95,00 EUR (up to 3 checked bags)

Upon arrival:
receiving luggage from the conveyor (from the belt) and delivery to the waiting car or the arrival hall.

Upon departure:
luggage delivery from the car to the check-in counter or the VIP Lounge (depending on the booked services).

Children up to 11 years old - free-of-charge

All infants and children up to 11 years old are free-of-charge.
Please submit the correct birth date at the time of booking.

Private transportation to/from aircraft (in case of aircraft remote parking position) - by request.

1. Private limousine or minibus transfer (depending on the number of passengers) from the aircraft step to the terminal or the VIP Lounge (depending on the booked services) for domestic flights only.

2. Private limousine or minibus transfer (depending on the number of passengers) from the terminal or the VIP Lounge (depending on the booked services) to the aircraft for domestic flights only.

Private transfers can be provided only in case of an aircraft remote parking position, and are based on availability. Please ask our reservation team for more information and updated prices.

VIP / Business lounge at departure included

VIP / Business lounge access at departure only included in the rate for all passengers.

Bookings – 2 business days (local time) prior to date of services!

Please submit your request at least 2 business days before the date (local airport time) of services.

Requests submitted or modified less than 2 business days before the service (local time) + 15%

If the service is requested or modified less than 2 business days (local airport time) before the service a surcharge of 15% will apply.

Cancellation after confirmation less 5 days or no-show - 100%

If the service was cancelled less than 5 days (120 hours) before the service or it was no-show, a cancellation fee of 100% will apply.

Amendments after confirmation (more than 48 hours prior to the service) - 25%

Amendments to the confirmed reservation (change of flight/ date / time) are a subject to 25% modification fee. Amendments are acceptable no later than 48 hours prior to the service (afterwards - 100% fee applies).
