Porter services included

Upon arrival:
receiving luggage from the conveyor (from the belt) and delivery to the waiting car or the arrival hall.

Upon departure:
luggage delivery from the car to the check-in counter or the VIP Lounge (depending on the booked services).

Private transportation to/from aircraft included

1. Private limousine or minibus transfer (depending on the number of passengers) from the aircraft step to the terminal or the VIP Lounge (depending on the booked services).

2. Private limousine or minibus transfer (depending on the number of passengers) from the terminal or the VIP Lounge (depending on the booked services) to the aircraft.
Transfers are included in the rate.

Additional VIP vehicle for tarmac transfer + 240 EUR p/vehicle

Visitors pass - 95,00 EUR p/p

If the passengers wish to be accompanied to (or met at) the VIP Lounge by a non-flying personal assistant or a relative, access to the Lounge can be provided. The above-mentioned price is intended for each accompanying person.

Requests submitted or modified less than 48 hours before the service (local time) + 50%

If the service is requested or modified less than 48 hours (local airport time) before the service a 50% surcharge will apply.

Cancellation after confirmation till 72 hours - free of charge

If the service was canceled in more than 72 hours before the service, no cancellation fee will apply.

Cancellation after confirmation 72 - 48 hours - 25%

If the service was canceled from 72 to 48 hours before the service, a cancellation fee of 25% will apply

Cancellation after confirmation 48 -36 hours prior to the service - 50%

If the service was canceled from 48 to 36 hours before the service, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply

Cancellation after confirmation less than 36 hours prior to the service - 100%

If the service was canceled less than 36 hours before the service, a cancellation fee of 100% will apply

25% surcharge (Night time) 10pm-7am

For the services taking place between 10pm and 7am a surcharge of 25% will apply.

25% surcharge Weekends, Public & Bank Holidays

For the services taking place on weekends, public & bank holidays a surcharge of 25% will apply.

Business Lounge - 65,00 EUR p/p

Business lounge access at additional cost for all passengers.

Maximum service time: 2 hours.

The abovementioned rates cover up to 2 hours service time. For longer services, additional costs apply - please submit your flight details and ask our reservation department.

45% surcharge (Night time) 23:00- 07:00

Requests submitted or modified less than 3 business days before the service (local time) + 30%

If the service is requested or modified less than 3 business days (local airport time) before the service a 30% surcharge will apply.

Cancellation after confirmation less 5 days or no-show - 100%

If the service was cancelled less than 5 days (120 hours) before the service or it was no-show, a cancellation fee of 100% will apply.

Cancellation fees after confirmation - 50%

If the service was cancelled after confirmation, a cancellation fee of 50% is due.

30% surcharge Sundays, Public & Bank Holidays

For the services taking place on Sundays, public & bank holidays a surcharge of 30% will apply.
