Upon arrival:
receiving luggage from the conveyor (from the belt) and delivery to the waiting car or the arrival hall.

Upon departure:
luggage delivery from the car to the check-in counter or the VIP Lounge (depending on the booked services).

Children 2 - 11 - 150,00 EUR - arrival or departure

Special rate for children from 2 till 11 years old upon arrival or departure.
Please submit correct birth date at time of booking.
Unaccompanied child- full rate plus extra charge (please ask our staff about extra charges).

Business Lounge - 45,00 EUR p/p

Business lounge access at additional cost for all passengers.

Fast Track VOA (Visa on Arrival) - 125,00 EUR p/p (not incl. visa fees)

VoA - Visa on Arrival Fast Track (receiving of Visa without queue).
This service is for passengers who would like to apply for Visa on Arrival. The qualifications and required documents are listed as follows:

Hold the citizenship of countries eligible for a Visa on Arrival

Aim to enter the country for tourism for the period of not exceeding 30 days.

Submit one 4 x 6 cm. headshot photo taken no longer than 6 months.

Does not fall into the category of aliens prohibited from entering the country under Immigration law.

Possess the return ticket within 30 days maximum.

Truthfully notify the verifiable places to stay in the country.

Present evidence of adequate finances.

Possess a passport or travel document with validity not less than 6 months.

Pay for the visa fee (not incl. in the services)

Police Escort services - by request

If you are an important business or a foreign VIP visitor you can your meetings, resort or airport accompanied by police escorted convoy.
Service is for foreign VIPs only. It is exciting, safe, status enhancing and very practical. It halves most journey times.
1 to 4 motorbikes bikes will be provided, together with a customized MPV. The service is fully licensed and the policemen will have a letter of authority from their commander, which permits them to go and park wherever they need, including VIP spots at the airport, at the hotel and next to the office lobbies. For most journeys we recommend using 2 police motor cyclists.
The driver has been trained by the group of 4 police outriders in fast and safe convoy driving techniques. The driver as well as vehicle and police outriders form a close knit and indivisible core operating unit.

Bookings – 3 business days (local time) prior to date of services!

Please submit your request at least 3 business days before the date (local airport time) of services.

Requests submitted or modified less than 3 business days before the service (local time) + 25%

If the service is requested or modified less than 3 business days (local airport time) before the service a surcharge of 25% will apply.

Cancellation after confirmation till 96 hours - free of charge

If the service was cancelled till 96 hours before the service, no cancellation fee will apply.

Cancellation after confirmation 96 - 72 hours - 25%

If the service was cancelled between 96 and 72 hours before the service, a cancellation fee of 25% will apply.

Cancellation after confirmation 72 - 48 hours - 50%

If the service was canceled from 72 to 48 hours before the service, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply.

Cancellation after confirmation less 48 hours or no-show - 100%

If the service was cancelled less than 48 hours before the service or it was no-show, a cancellation fee of 100% will apply.

25% surcharge (Night time) 10pm-7am

For the services taking place between 10pm and 7am a surcharge of 25% will apply.

25% surcharge - Local holidays

For the services taking place on local holidays a surcharge of 25% will apply.

25% surcharge National & Bank Holidays

For the services taking place on national & bank holidays a surcharge of 25% will apply.
