Upon arrival:
receiving luggage from the conveyor (from the belt) and delivery to the waiting car or the arrival hall.
Upon departure:
luggage delivery from the car to the check-in counter or the VIP Lounge (depending on the booked services).
Children up to 2 years old - free-of-charge
All infants up to 2 years old are free-of-charge.

Children 2 - 11 - 120,00 EUR - arrival or departure
Special rate for children from 2 till 11 years old upon arrival or departure.

Unaccompanied child- full rate plus extra charge (please ask our staff about extra charges).
VIP/Business Lounge for Economy Class Passengers (departure only) - 95,00 EUR p/p
VIP/Business lounge access at additional cost for Economy Class Passengers (upon departure only). For Business or First Class Passengers VIP/Business lounge is usually included in the flight tickets.
Requests submitted or modified less than 3 business days before the service (local time) + 25%
If the service is requested or modified less than 3 business days (local airport time) before the service a surcharge of 25% will apply.
Cancellation after confirmation 72 - 48 hours - 75%
If the service was cancelled between 72 and 48 hours before the service, a cancellation fee of 75% is due.
Cancellation after confirmation till 96 hours - free of charge
If the service was cancelled till 96 hours before the service, no cancellation fee will apply.
Amendments after confirmation (more than 48 hours prior to the service) - 25%
Amendments to the confirmed reservation (change of flight/ date / time) are a subject to 25% modification fee. Amendments are acceptable no later than 48 hours prior to the service (afterwards - 100% fee applies).
Cancellation – less 2 business days or less 3 days, in case of weekends – 100%
