Upon arrival:
receiving luggage from the conveyor (from the belt) and delivery to the waiting car or the arrival hall.
Upon departure:
luggage delivery from the car to the check-in counter or the VIP Lounge (depending on the booked services).

All infants up to 2 years old are free-of-charge.

If cancelled, modified up to 3 business days before date of services - free-of-charge
If the service was cancelled or modified up to 3 business days before the date of the service, a cancellation is free-of-charge.
If cancelled, modified up to 2 business days before date of services - 50%
If the service was cancelled or modified less than 2 business days before the date of the service, a cancellation fee of 50% is due.
Cancellation after confirmation from 2 business days or no-show = 100%
If the service was cancelled after confirmation from 2 business days before the service or the guest(s) did not show up, a cancellation fee of 100% is due.
25% surcharge (Night time) 10pm-8am
For the services taking place between 10pm and 8am a surcharge of 25% will apply.
