Upon arrival:
receiving luggage from the conveyor (from the belt) and delivery to the waiting car or the arrival hall.

Upon departure:
luggage delivery from the car to the check-in counter or the VIP Lounge (depending on the booked services).

Children up to 2 years old - free-of-charge

All infants up to 2 years old are free-of-charge.
Please submit correct birth date at time of booking.

Children 2 - 11 - 95,00 EUR - arrival or departure

Special rate for children from 2 till 11 years old upon arrival or departure.
Please submit correct birth date at time of booking.
Unaccompanied child- full rate plus extra charge (please ask our staff about extra charges).

Private transportation from/to aircraft - 145,00 EUR (up to 4 pax) - one-way - by request

1. Private limousine or minibus transfer (depending on number of the passengers) from the aircraft step to the terminal or the VIP Lounge (depending on the booked services).

2. Private limousine or minibus transfer (depending on the number of passengers) from terminal or VIP Lounge (depending on the booked services) to the aircraft.
Private transfers can be provided by special request only!
The rate is for 4 passengers only either from or to aircraft.

In case of more than 4 passengers please add one more car at the same rate.

VIP/CIP/Business lounge (departure or transit only) - 90,00 EUR p/p

VIP/CIP/Business lounge access at additional cost for all passengers (at departure or transit only).

Requests submitted or modified less than 3 business days before the service (local time) + 25%

If the service is requested or modified less than 3 business days (local airport time) before the service a surcharge of 25% will apply.

Cancellation after confirmation till 96 hours - free of charge

If the service was cancelled till 96 hours before the service, no cancellation fee will apply.

Cancellation after confirmation 96 - 72 hours - 25%

If the service was cancelled between 96 and 72 hours before the service, a cancellation fee of 25% will apply.

Cancellation after confirmation 72 - 48 hours - 50%

If the service was canceled from 72 to 48 hours before the service, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply.

Cancellation after confirmation less 48 hours or no-show - 100%

If the service was cancelled less than 48 hours before the service or it was no-show, a cancellation fee of 100% will apply.

15% surcharge Sundays, Public & Bank Holidays

For the services taking place on Sundays, public & bank holidays a surcharge of 15% will apply.
