Meet & Assist means personal assistance through all airport formalities. Arriving passengers are punctually met with a welcoming signage by an airport agent, assisted with all necessary procedures and led to the arrival hall or to the prearranged transportation. On departure, the meeting takes place kerbside and is followed by a thorough assistance with check-in, security control and immigration formalities until the passengers safely and timely reach the boarding. Of course, this service can be ordered for transits as well to receive full assistance from gate to gate.

Fast Track is available at most airports worldwide and represents a brilliant solution for all those passengers who wish to get rid of all hassles and get the best from their time, instead of standing in long lines. In case of arrival, dedicated paths and counters are used for immigration formalities, whereas on departure this may also apply to check-in and security check. Refined travellers will find this particularly helpful in case of short connection time, as the distance between the arrival aircraft and the departure gate will be covered in an appreciably short time.

VIP Lounge
