If the service was cancelled till 96 hours before the service, no cancellation fee will apply.
Cancellation after confirmation 96 - 72 hours - 25%
If the service was cancelled between 96 and 72 hours before the service, a cancellation fee of 25% will apply.
Cancellation after confirmation less 72 hours or no-show - 100%
If the service was cancelled less than 72 hours before the service or it was no-show, a cancellation fee of 100% will apply.
