Upon arrival:
receiving luggage from the conveyor (from the belt) and delivery to the waiting car or the arrival hall.

Upon departure:
luggage delivery from the car to the check-in counter or the VIP Lounge (depending on the booked services).
Children up to 2 years old - free-of-charge
All infants up to 2 years old are free-of-charge.
Please submit correct birth date at time of booking.
Children 2 - 11 - 100,00 EUR - arrival or departure
Special rate for children from 2 till 11 years old upon arrival or departure.
Please submit correct birth date at time of booking.
Unaccompanied child- full rate plus extra charge (please ask our staff about extra charges).
VIP/CIP/Business lounge (departure or transit only) - 65,00 EUR p/p
VIP/CIP/Business lounge access at additional cost for all passengers (at departure or transit only).
Terms & Conditions
Bookings – 3 business days (local time) prior to date of services!
Please submit your request at least 3 business days before the date (local airport time) of services.
Requests submitted or modified less than 3 business days before the service (local time) + 25%
If the service is requested or modified less than 3 business days (local airport time) before the service a surcharge of 25% will apply.
Cancellation after confirmation till 96 hours - free of charge
If the service was cancelled till 96 hours before the service, no cancellation fee will apply.
Cancellation after confirmation 96 - 72 hours - 25%
If the service was cancelled between 96 and 72 hours before the service, a cancellation fee of 25% will apply.
Cancellation after confirmation less 72 hours or no-show - 100%
If the service was cancelled less than 72 hours before the service or it was no-show, a cancellation fee of 100% will apply.
Modifications after confirmation - amendment fees from 55 EUR
Any modifications after service confirmation (flights, date, number of passengers) are subject to an amendment fee. The minimum amount of amendment fee is 55 EUR per change.
25% surcharge (Night time) 9pm-9am
For the services taking place between 9pm and 9am a surcharge of 25% will apply.
25% surcharge Weekends & Public Holidays
For the services taking place on weekends & public holidays a surcharge of 25% will apply.
