Upon arrival:
receiving luggage from the conveyor (from the belt) and delivery to the waiting car or the arrival hall.

Upon departure:
luggage delivery from the car to the check-in counter or the VIP Lounge (depending on the booked services).
Children 2 - 11 - 95,00 EUR - arrival or departure
Special rate for children from 2 till 11 years old upon arrival or departure.
Please submit correct birth date at time of booking.
Unaccompanied child- full rate plus extra charge (please ask our staff about extra charges).
Private transfer to/from aircraft (in case of remote parking position only; up to 4 pax) - 250,00 EUR
1. Private limousine or minibus transfer (depending on the number of passengers) from the aircraft step to terminal or the VIP Lounge (depending on the booked services).

Private transfers can be provided only in case of a remote aircraft parking position!
The rate is for 4 passengers only either from or to aircraft.

In case of more than 4 passengers please add one more car at the same rate.
If Private transfer to/from aircraft is booked and the aircraft is eventually not parked in a remote position, only 50% of its price will be charged (reservation fee).
If Private transfer to/from aircraft is booked and the aircraft is eventually not parked in a remote position, only 50% of its price will be charged (vehicle reservation fee).
VIP/Business Lounge for Economy Class Passengers (departure only) - 80,00 EUR p/p
VIP/Business lounge access at additional cost for Economy Class Passengers (upon departure only). For Business or First Class Passengers VIP/Business lounge is usually included in the flight tickets.
Terms & Conditions
Requests submitted or modified less than 2 business days before the service (local time) + 30%
If the service is requested or modified less than 2 business days (local airport time) before the service a 30% surcharge will apply.
Cancellation after confirmation till 96 hours - free of charge
If the service was cancelled till 96 hours before the service, no cancellation fee will apply.
Cancellation after confirmation 96 - 72 hours - 25%
If the service was cancelled between 96 and 72 hours before the service, a cancellation fee of 25% will apply.
Cancellation after confirmation 72 - 48 hours - 50%
If the service was canceled from 72 to 48 hours before the service, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply.
Cancellation after confirmation less 48 hours or no-show - 100%
If the service was cancelled less than 48 hours before the service or it was no-show, a cancellation fee of 100% will apply.
