Due to company policy and commercial agreements, we are unable to share the direct contact details of airport assistants operating airside. However, the entire service will be closely monitored and coordinated by our team. In the unlikely event of an emergency during the service, you can reach us via email or contact the duty manager, whose number will be provided 24 hours prior to the service.

My service is marked as “Subject to availability”, should I book it at all?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can still proceed with the booking. Sometimes, due to last-minute requests or high demand during major events, certain services may have limited availability. That’s why they are marked as “Subject to availability.” In most cases, we’re able to confirm around 80% of these requests within 1 to 36 hours. However, there may be rare instances where confirmation isn’t possible due to lack of availability. If that happens, we’ll inform you promptly and offer alternatives or cancel the request at no cost to you.

What happens if I don’t get a confirmation?

We always do our best to confirm services promptly. However, if it takes longer than expected to receive a confirmation, we’ll either offer you an alternative or cancel the request at no cost to you. Your card will not be charged until the booking is confirmed and the service is secured. In the meantime, the funds will remain in your account.
